Christopher Lawless read Resolution 26-2-1 A Resolution Adopted for the Purpose of Amending the Wilson County, Tennessee Zoning Resolution Regulating Accessory Detached Dwelling Unit and How it is Defined. 6 Christopher Lawless read Resolution 26-2-18 A Resolution Adopted for the Purpose of Amending the Wilson County, Tennessee Zoning Resolution Regulating Maximum Height of Principal and Accessory Structures. Commissioner McFarland made a motion to go back into regular session, seconded by Commissioner Evans. Passed by unanimous voice vote. Commissioner Hobbs made a motion to approve rezoning application by Jim Lukens, Ware Malcomb, Inc., representing property owners Penelope G. Nay & William A. Register, requesting a Land Use Plan Amendment from a low-density residential area to medium-and high-density/medium-and high-intensity commercial area. 2026. The report highlights schools that arc near or ut core <.:apacity as enrollment approaches 2 I ,000 students. Just as the opening of LaGuardo Elementary did for West Elementary, the opening of Central Pike Elementary this Fall will help to alleviate the overcrowding at Gladcville Elementary and Rutland Elementary schools. However, ongoing residential growth and approved residential developments throughout the county will have an overall effect for additional school facilities.
