Commissioner Anders seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Smith, Ownby, Schoonmaker, Anders, Busler, Wright, Brown, Thomas and Brantley voted aye. Consideration of the request of Frances L. Waddell for a Northwest County Sector Plan amendment from LDR Low Density Residential Zone to GC General Commercial Zone was before the Board of Commissioners. (6 th Commission District) Mr. Dan Kelly, Development Services Manager for Metropolitan Planning Commission, was present and spoke on the matter.
