Motion

Mr. Gerald Green, Executive Director, Metropolitan Planning Commission, was present and spoke on the matter. Mr. Jay Deadrick, representing the applicant, was present and spoke on behalf of the request. Commissioner Nystrom asked if there was any opposition to the request. There was no response. Commissioner Anders moved to approve 4-E -19-SP - Request of Venture Land Holdings, LLC for Northwest County Sector Plan Amendment from AG/RR (Agricultural/Rural Residential) to LDR (Low Density Residential) as per Metropolitan Planning Commission’s Recommendation: ADOPT RESOLUTION # 4-E-19-SP, amending the Northwest County Sector Plan to LDR (Low Density Residential) designation and recommend that County Commission also adopt the sector plan amendment. Property located north side Buttermilk Road, west of Graybeal Road, Commission District 6. Commissioner Gill seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Gill, Carringer, Smith, Nystrom, Schoonmaker, Anders, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Biggs voted aye. The motion carried 10-0-0-1.
