Campbell & Associates in the amount of $135,000.00 for Architectural and Engineering Services at Melton Hill Park for the Melton Hill Park Resort Project; Item #52 - Resolution R-24-9-701 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Community Parks and Knox County Youth Sports Facility Use Permit to allow short-term use of specific seasonal sport fields by non-profit organizations (Conduits) engaged in providing sports leagues to the public; Item #53 - Resolution R-24-9-702 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the Knox County Youth Sports Policy and Procedure Handbook to formalize how Knox County Parks and Recreation Department youth sports leagues are organized and conducted; and Item #54 – Resolution R-24-9-803 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Lease Agreement with the Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox for the Fairview Technology Center for a term ending on November 26, 2033, which space is used as a business incubator.
