No action was taken. * * * * * * Mr. Jim Snowden, Director for Knox County Engineering and Public Works, was present and spoke on the matter. No action was taken. * * * * * * Mr. Joseph Mack, Senior Director for the Knox County Parks and Recreation Department, was present and spoke on the matter. No action was taken. * * * * * * Mr. Ron McPherson, Assistant Superintendent/Chief Financial Officer for Knox County Schools, was present and spoke on the matter.
