Commissioner Dailey moved to amend the agenda to defer the following items to the November 2023 meeting: Item #48 - Resolution R-23-10-401 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Kendig Keast Collaborative in an amount to be determined for the development of a Unified Development Ordinance per request for qualifications Number 3422; Item #49 – Resolution R-23-10-602 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract for the provision of 911 EMS Ambulance Services; and Item #50 – Resolution R-23-10-801 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an interlocal agreement between Knox County and the Industrial Development Board related to the Axle Logistics property swap for $1.4 million dollars; the amount in question will be paid through designations and included in the Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Improvement Plan.
