No action was taken. * * * * * * Mr. Chris Caldwell, Knox County Finance Director, was present and spoke on the matter. No action was taken. * * * * * * Ms. Stephanie Candler, Senior Director for the Knox County Benefits and Human Resources Department, was present and spoke on the matter. No action was taken. * * * * * * Mr. Jim Snowden, Director for Knox County Engineering and Public Works, was present and spoke on the matter.
