Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to remove the following item from the General Government Consent Calendar to be heard during General Government Resolutions (non-consent): Item #19 - Resolution R-25-5-601 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a grant contract in an amount not to exceed $689,600.00 with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Ryan White Part B Services for the period beginning April 1, 2025 and ending March 31, 2026 (no local match required). Commissioner Frazier seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Rawls, Durrett, Oster, Jackson, Russell, Hill, Lee, Thompson, Fox, Jay and Frazier voted aye.
