Consideration of the request of Rufus H. Smith & Company for rezoning from RA Low Density Residential to PR Planned Residential at a density up to 5 dwelling units per acre was before the Board of Commissioners. Property located north side of Strawberry Plains Pike, west of South Molly Bright Road. (8 th Commission District) The applicant was not present to represent the request. Commissioner Anders moved to defer to the February 2017 Board of Commissioners meeting the request of Rufus H. Smith & Company for rezoning from RA Low Density Residential to PR Planned Residential at a density up to 5 dwelling units per acre. Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Gill, Carringer, Smith, Nystrom, Schoonmaker, Anders, Busler, Wright, Dailey and Thomas voted aye. Commissioner Brantley was absent from the zoning session.
