Mr. Ronnie Pike, representing Mr. David Hobbs, was present and spoke on behalf of the request. Mr. Ronald Haun, owner of the property was also present and spoke. Commissioner Anders moved to approve 7-B-17-RZ - Request of David Hobbs for rezoning from A (Agricultural) to CA (General Business) as per Metropolitan Planning Commission’s Recommendation: Recommend the Knox County Commission approve CA (General Business) zoning, subject to the landscaping requirements of the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district.
