Property located southeast side of Lovell Road, southeast of Schaeffer Road. Commission District 6. Mr. Dan Kelly, Development Services Manager for Metropolitan Planning Commission, was present and spoke on the matter. Mr. Arthur Seymour, Jr., representing applicant, was present and spoke on the matter. Commissioner Smith asked if there was any opposition to the request. There was no response. Commissioner Anders moved to approve 11-C-17-RZ - Request of Jacquetta Scates for rezoning from PR (Planned Residential) / TO (Technology Overlay) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) / TO (Technology Overlay) as per Metropolitan Planning Commission’s Recommendation the Knox County Commission Approve CN (Neighborhood Commercial) / TO (Technology Overlay) zoning, consistent with the sector plan recommendation, subject to 1 condition.
