New business: a. Budget: Michael is asking for an increase in the fuel budget. He wants to increase the vehicle maintenance line item. Michael said we are already at 90% of budget. He is asking for an increase in the medical overtime line item. He said it’s because we have more employees. Frank suggested raising the communications equipment line item. He said to raise it to $9,000. Frank made the motion to approve submission of the budget, as amended. Missy seconded the motion. Motion passed.
The next meeting will be held on April 16, 2026, 5:00 p.m., CCAP, meeting room #1.

Quarterly Financial Reports: Operations Report: Marianna said the collection rate is up from last year at this time. The monthly write-offs and year to date are well within what they normally are for the year. Billable calls are slightly down from last year, but not by much. Operations status report: Our revenue collection is good. We are still $196,330 above budget; meaning, more has come in than went out. Collections per billed call: $130,660 over what was budgeted. Currently we are averaging $419 per call, which is really good. Cash flow analysis statement: Actual cash that’s available (in the fund): $2.2 million.
