COMMUNICATION FROM THE AUDIENCE Harold Bear urged the County to consider forming, jointly with the City of Cleveland, an Ad Hoc Committee comprised of local citizens to address blighted areas of the community. Deborah Gleason urged the County to discontinue allowing the Downtown Block Party and Tall Betsy activities.
