Said portion begins where the southwest property line of the property shown as parcel 9 on tax map 22 of the Bradley County Assessor maps, on the west end of the bridge across Chatata Creek, and extends eastwardly approximately 875’ to the dead end. This road contains a 50’ right-of-way. The owners of the property lying adjacent to said portion and their deeds recorded in the Register’s Office of Bradley County are as follows: William P. Thomas P.O. Box 5717 Cleveland, TN 37320 Map #022 Parcel 009.00 Deed Book 2892 Page 602 Said portion is approximately 875’ feet in length and 50’ in width and is located completely within petitioner’s property. The adjacent owner desires that the County Commission declare the street to be abandoned and that the owner be quitclaimed all interest of that portion of said road.
